Description Our client is a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the worlds energy sector. They have experienced significant growth and have partnered with KEC to add the talents of a Tooling Shift Supervisor (Days) for the 24/7 Mill operation.

The Shift Supervisor will lead a 12-hour Day Shift ensuring scheduled production is completed according to specifications and customer needs. The Tooling Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading employees during their assigned shift, supervising the operation of equipment in the production processes, coordinating schedules, and assigning responsibilities while looking for opportunities for process improvements. This position will train employees on new jobs, develop their skills, and resolve any conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering background or 3+ years of previous experience leading a team in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with optimizing plant performance, effective communications skills, and troubleshooting abilities are essential selection criteria. We are looking for strong technical and leadership experiences and someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team and building strong relationships.
