Description This food processing plant in South Bruce is a key contributor to its parent corporation's success and, in fact, added a major expansion 2 years ago to solidify its role as its small town's major employer. The facility is highly automated with complex technologies and runs 24 x7 deploying Continental Shifts.

We're searching for a fully qualified Production Manager to lead the team of Production Supervisors and union-free Operators. Working closely with Supply Chain, Maintenance and Quality, the Production Manager will ensure full and on time shipments of finished goods by effectively utilizing manpower to meet production schedules. While much of the equipment and process technologies are new, the Production Manager must champion and facilitate Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives as the plant develops beyond its solid base of tribal knowledge.
