Description KEC has partnered with a stable, secure & successful designer/manufacturer of unique, highly precise technologies for military, aviation, and commercial applications to recruit and hire a long-term Contract employee. The Export Compliance Specialist will apply knowledge of export control agreements, licenses/permits, and regulatory language to ensure that our client's shipping documents comply for international transportation to customers.

To round out its team, we are searching for an individual who has solid experiences ensuring export compliance with all applicable controls & regulations in accordance with Canada Customs and other government departments. Prior knowledge of, and working experiences with ITAR, CGP, Manufacturing Licensing, Technical Assistance, FCPA, Cyber DFARS, Sanction approvals, Vendor Compliance Certifications will highlight candidacy for hire. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP software are basic skill requirements.

This role can be performed remotely but will require occasional site visits for meetings, audits, and training. Candidates must be able to qualify for and retain Canadian Secret Level clearance.
