Description
Our client, an internationally respected, established, profitable, and forward-thinking manufacturing organization in southwestern Ontario has an immediate requirement for a proven, motivated, and accurate Payroll Administrator. Your baseline credentials will include a post-secondary degree/diploma with a minimum of three to five years experience in payroll within a private manufacturing environment. Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be an absolute requirement for serious consideration for this challenging role. While ongoing payroll will be uppermost in your mind, candidates with a genuine desire to lead and influence others will be key. Reporting to the NA Business Unit Human Resources Manager, this position is characterized by a fast-paced environment, where time lines and precision are your mainstay.
