Description Proudly Canadian, this leading CPG food products producer requires the talents of an accomplished Production Manager at one of its sites in Toronto. The Production Manager will support the Site Operations Manager by effectively leading the Production Supervisors in a 24 x 5 production model ensuring the highest of Quality and 100% OTIF delivery to Distribution Centers. This role is key to managing the daily and weekly demands from major Canadian retailers, pivoting and shifting schedules to maximize efficiencies and material yields. The process is capital intensive, fast-paced, and high volume requiring decisive leadership to adjust "on the fly".
