Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing, who is serving the worlds energy sector, in their search to add the talents of a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to the 24/7 Mill operation to further support the significant growth recently experienced within the organization.

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for: leading teams of Millwrights in optimizing the reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining the maintenance strategy for each system; developing and supervising the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plans; completing systematic failure, problem, and performance analysis on equipment; defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities; and providing technical support to emergency crews and staff areas.

Our ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Mechatronics background and 4+ years of experience leading Trades personnel in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with plant hydraulic systems and capital projects as well as the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for candidates with strong technical and leadership experiences who are able to enthusiastically coach and develop their team.
