Description This busy auto parts manufacturer requires the talents of a Metallurgical or Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Robotic Welding to support new product/process development. The role will support both Program Launch activities by developing robust, repeatable processes to satisfy APQP requirements, and ongoing Continuous Improvement of processes throughout established program lifecycles. Our ideal candidate brings a depth of knowledge with robotic resistance/spot and MIG welding equipment, having demonstrated the ability to find procedural solutions over at least 8 years of practical experiences. Familiarity with automotive industry demands, such as manufacturing principles, quality systems, and blueprint reading (including GDT) are essential for success in this role.
