Description Our Client is a global, food packaging equipment manufacturer who proudly enjoys a history of over 110 years of success within Europe and 35 years within North America due, in part, to its unfailing commitment to Quality and strong focus on Customer Service. They now require the talents of a dynamic Sr. Human Resources Manager to join the organization's local, North American division. With 10+ years of progressive experience leading HR teams and organizations, the Sr. HR Manager will play a critical role in executing strategic Human Resources initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Health & Safety functions as well as leading a small HR team to ensure organizational alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.

We are searching for a strong and influential communicator to continue to foster the current positive workplace culture as well as promote the organization's business values regarding respect, integrity, quality, and safety. The Sr. HR Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to create and implement employee engagement initiatives while also enhancing current programs.
