Description Our Client is a 24 x 7, continuous process manufacturer of food packaging products who enjoys a dominant market share in North America due, in part, to its unfailing commitment to Quality and timely Customer Service. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager located in Canada, our Client is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the manufacturing facility located in Missouri, USA. The HR Business Partner will support all matters at the Plant level relating to HR Systems, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Onboarding & Training, Data Management, and Group Benefits & Wellness initiatives. Our ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of Human Resources experiences from within large manufacturing industries. It is essential that the HR Business Partner be an open communicator in addition to being active and visible to all employees throughout the manufacturing facility. We are searching for an HR Business Partner with strong relationship building skills and the ability to resolve issues in a calm and effective manner.
