Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a Tier I supplier of complex and technology driven Automotive systems in their search to add the talents of a Plant Quality Manager to the organization. As a key member of the Senior Management team, the Plant Quality Manager will assume responsibility for Production and Supplier Quality management, representing the company with OEM, Tier I customers and Suppliers. Leading a team of Quality Engineers, Technologists/Technicians, and Systems Administrators, the Quality Manager will ensure that Customer expectations are met, Suppliers provide acceptable materials & components, and that the company is always compliant with IATF 16949 requirements.

Our ideal candidate brings proven Quality Management experiences and strategic decisiveness expertise, and can be an advocate for continual improvement. You will be experienced in dealing directly with the OEMs, drive policy and process changes designed to break legacy paradigms, and have a history of mentorship and development of your team members.
