Description Located not far from the shores of Lake Huron, this dynamic and industry leading designer and builder of exquisite and custom Residential buildings, is adding a Vice President to their organization. This 50+ year old business has built its successes upon Quality and Customer satisfaction. As one of three Senior Executives running the business, this role will initially focus on the leadership of the Financial Planning, Purchasing, Drafting, Technical Services, and Sales Administration groups as they integrate themselves into the organization.

Our ideal candidate will offer multi-departmental leadership with ties to the Construction Industry, while displaying a strong track record of Business leadership. You will have led Finance, Operations, and Commercial groups throughout your career, and have a leadership style that engages, motivates, and drives internal collaboration.
