Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with a leading manufacturer of highly complex and precision machined components in their search to add the talents of an Engineering Manager to the organization and lead teams of Process Engineers, CNC Programmers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Set-up Technicians. While supporting the low-volume, high value, smaller batch production model, a constant challenge will be to continue to lead the team toward improved Production efficiencies and applying Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve One Piece Flow, all while ensuring Quality and Delivery targets are met. The Engineering Manager's role will be to support Customers, Sales, Production, and Quality as a technical support to bids & proposals as well as interpreting specification requirements into work instructions, processes, and tasks. This high visibility requires the Engineering Manager to be an excellent communicator, quick-minded, analytical & decisive, and display superb team-building, training, and coaching talents.

Our ideal candidate will bring an Engineering Degree and proven leadership experiences in precision CNC machining of high-temperature, high-strength alloys, and experience working to tight military, nuclear, or aerospace specifications.
