Description This private manufacturer of state-of-the-art electrical safety solutions is looking to add the talents of a Controller to support their trajectory of continued growth. Supporting this small but highly effective and profitable build-to-order manufacturer of engineered products, the Controller will provide valuable insights to the leadership team, such as inventory analysis, capacity planning, and product costing. Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Accounting & Finance professional who has achieved their CPA designation and has gained experience within a similar manufacturing environment characterized by complex bills of material, and is comfortable with all functions of cash flow, from AP/AR, Payroll, Banking, as well as regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have myriad opportunities for growth and be expected to display initiative through ongoing project-based contributions. Prior experience with the implementation of a modern ERP system is an asset. A strong communicator and relationship builder will have opportunities to work closely with functional leaders, becoming an integral member of this established group.
