Description Our Client, a continuous materials processor blending, forming, printing, and packaging consumer packaging products, has expanded Operations in North America. They are searching for an experienced Plant Manager who can bring a track record of Change Leadership, that is highlighted by KPI development, Continuous Improvement focuses, decisiveness, and a strong sense of urgency, to the organization. Reporting directly to the President - North America, the Plant Manager will lead Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain with a team consisting of a Production Manager, Continental Shift Supervisors, and a Maintenance Manager.

The Plant Manager will be an active member of the senior management team within North America, with peers in Human Resources, Finance, and Sales. We are searching for a high energy, results-focused, make-it-happen, shop floor leader who will be actively engaged with the Production Team providing support, decisiveness, and coaching.

Our ideal candidate will have developed outstanding one-to-one relationships that build trust and can demonstrate a firm belief in, and bottom-line successes in, applying Lean Manufacturing tools. Continuous Manufacturing and Post-secondary credentials in Engineering will round out our ideal Plant Manager candidate profile.
