Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this entrepreneurial Canadian business in adding the talents of an accomplished Marketing Manager to their organization. Our client operates several divisions, selling products that cover proprietary technologies blended with licensed technologies for Agricultural markets. The Marketing Manager will work closely with a centralized R&D Engineering Team and multiple General Managers & Sales Managers in the divisions to develop NPI commercialization & business planning strategies and execution tools. The workplace culture is very unpretentious, collegial, free of bureaucracy and silos, therefore the Marketing Manager must be comfortable in such a free-flowing, one-for-all-and-all-for-one setting.

Candidates must have proven Marketing experiences directly related to the Agricultural industry, with exposure to the Dairy Farming markets preferred. You must be able to deploy savvy and sophisticated Marketing strategies to rival with large Corporate entities, but within a smaller enterprise. Any experience launching International products and/or services will be of great interest.
