Description Our client, a successful and growing manufacturer of Automotive parts and assemblies, is searching to add the talents of a results-driven, customer focused, and hands-on Quality Specialist to join the Quality department at the Group Office. This position will be responsible for directing and coordinating warranty activities, monitoring databases, and reviewing statistical analysis to understand compliance activities for warranty return parts. Our ideal candidate is a successful subject matter expert, able to coordinate and employ problem solving techniques, provide training on those methods to team members, delivering solid actions to avoid warranty claims. In addition, a critical component of this position is a builder of better practices to customer response derived from investigations at the OEM or dealerships to eliminate chronic issues from occurring again and utilizing Lean methodologies. Experience with SAP ERP software, coupled with a University Degree / College Diploma, is also essential hiring criteria.
