Bilingual ERP Business Analyst

Description This international corporation requires the talents of an experienced Business Analyst at its plant in the MONTREAL area to support the upgrading of its JDE EnterpriseOne software. Primary responsibility is configuring, testing, and maintaining Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, and Order Management modules of the ERP software. Additional (not primary) responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules of Oracle EBS.

As the primary Business Analyst, you will lead/participate in IT assigned projects. You'll respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with business and colleagues to develop processes and solutions that map to business requirements. Additional responsibilities include: initial systems training, support for users, and creation of user documentation. Working side by side with the super users to develop new uses of ERP System with design of new reports, forms, screens, etc. for manufacturing plant use.
