Description This Automotive Parts manufacturer in Southwestern Ontario seeks to add the skills of a Senior HR Generalist to the Human Resources department of a long-standing, continually successful facility that is undergoing significant transformation and growth expansion. This opportunity presents exciting challenges in the scope of new paradigms, implementation of new automation and machine technologies, and an evolving culture.

Our candidate has a background (ideally in Automotive Manufacturing) cultivated through hands-on Human Resources activity. The incumbent will be experienced in all aspects of HR including employee relations, benefits, claims management, training & development, tracking & monitoring HR data, implementing new policies & protocols, and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. Our candidate will be experienced in current HR legislation, as well as taking a very hands-on approach and spending considerable time out on the shop floor interacting with staff & Leadership.
