Description Our client, a leading chemical processor, is adding the talents of a Plant Manager to manage the Kitchener/Waterloo division. In this process driven environment, the Plant Manager will have overall responsibility for effectively managing Production, Scheduling, Logistics and to continually drive a proactive Health & Safety conscious mindset. We are looking for candidates who display a strong business acumen, a strong passion for Health & Safety and strong communication/leadership skills. As a small division of a larger organization, the Plant Manager will be heavily involved in identifying and implementing Best Practices in conjunction with the other site leaders (Plant Managers) within the organization. Ideally, candidates will posses a University Degree in Chemical Engineering and should have career experience within a Chemical Processing environment.
