Description Our client is a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world's energy sector. After experiencing significant growth, they have partnered with KEC to add the talents of a ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) Pipe Shift Supervisor for their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Shift Supervisor will lead a 12-hour Continental Shift ensuring scheduled production is completed according to specifications and customer needs. The ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) Pipe Supervisor is responsible for leading employees during their assigned shift and supervising the operation of equipment in the production processes in addition to coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and continuously searching for process improvement opportunities. This position will train employees on new jobs, developing their skills as well as resolving any conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical background or 3+ years of previous experience leading a team in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with optimizing plant performance, effective communications skills, and troubleshooting abilities are essential selection criteria. We are looking for strong technical and leadership experiences and someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team and building strong relationships.
