Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this OEM designer and manufacturer of Commercial and Residential Air Filtration and HVAC equipment in their search to add the talents of a strong Production Supervisor to lead the day shift of the Plant Floor Production.

As a strong leader and proponent of driving Continuous Improvement activities, you will lead roughly 40-union free hourly staff across both the Metal Fabrication and Final Assembly departments. You will have a strong track record of earning respect through meticulous communication, consistent accountability, and a natural affinity for relationship development.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Production Supervisor with experiences leading Production within light metal fabricated and electro-mechanical assembly environments. You will be able to sell your accomplishments of driving efficiency improvements and cost reduction projects.
