Description Firmly established on a base of 50 years in business, this custom fabricator is recognized in SW Ontario as a quality producer of building structures, machinery frames, sheet metal fabrications, and custom one-off fabrications. It now requires the talents of a Shop Supervisor with solid Welder / Fitter credentials and expertise to lead and support its skilled team of licensed employees.

Working closely with Project Managers, the Shop Supervisor will assign jobs to properly skilled employees to meet delivery expectations and based on material availability. As Supervisor, a key responsibility will be mentoring the newer employees to further develop their skills and manage the Welders' CWB Certifications. As a key member of the leadership team, the Shop Supervisor will support the Operations Manager and Ownership in building the business by way of excellent execution of Schedules.
