Description Recognized around the world as a leader in the development and manufacture of sophisticated proprietary electronic technologies, this 100% Canadian company is expanding again. To support its growing critical mass, it will add a Manager of Test and Return Merchandise Authorization. The job scope covers the development and execution of testing of ready to ship products and the Repair/Replace/Update diagnosis of product returned from the field under warranty or modernization mandates.

The Manager will lead a team of Technicians performing tests and diagnoses. The role must interact effectively with Product Engineering, NPI leadership, and Procurement teams to relay test results on software and hardware functionality and durability that enhances performance in field.

Our ideal candidate brings a background in performance testing of sophisticated electronics, electro-mechanical technologies coupled with experiences in Repairing & Upgrading customer-owned equipment. Core education in Electronics is preferred along with knowledge of digital components such as CPU, FPGA, flash, and schematic reading & interpretation.
