Description This K-W designer-manufacturer of electronic, electro-mechanical components has built a solid foundation based on new product development. It has grown to the point that the Controller now needs an Accounting Manager to support all daily Accounting functions and monthly reporting to head office.

Joining the management team, the Accounting Manager will liaise with Leaders of Engineering, Quality, Operations, Production, and Human Resources reviewing and analysing operating results at a micro level as well as with the Controller and General Manager at a macro level. In support of junior Accounting staff, the Accounting Manager will be called upon to guide and mentor their professional development.

Our ideal candidate is a recently accredited CPA with solid manufacturing industry accounting experiences highlighted by in-depth standard costing experiences. Superb verbal communication skill is an essential hiring criteria. In return, this client can offer employment stability in a successful, collegial environment.
