Description Our client, a Southwestern Ontario manufacturing success story of complex equipment, is looking to add the talents of a Controls Engineer to work closely with the team of Mechanical Design Engineers to develop control systems. Essential in this role is the creation and maintenance of electrical schematics, bill of materials, programs, and product manuals. As a member of the Engineering team, you will need to be very familiar with PLC and computer control software, Linux OS, and servo and stepper motors. A background in HMI programming in embedded systems will be an definite asset. In addition, our ideal candidate brings a successful track record of interacting with outside vendors for component selection and assembly expertise.
