Description With a base history nearing 40 years, this Tier One auto parts supplier operates numerous plants in North America and throughout the world. One of its manufacturing plants is searching to add the talents of a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for all HR activities at the location. We are searching for a knowledgeable and accomplished HR Manager who brings 3-7 years of applicable experiences in policy development, organizational planning, recruitment and employee engagement, and labor relations delivering HR as a service to the organization. A good understanding of employee related legal documents, contract language, employee development, and benefits will highlight candidacy. If you possess excellent communication skills to connect with internal functional groups and floor employees for the benefit of a fast paced operation, than this opportunity is for you!!
