Description With a rich history of supplying multiple North American automotive OEM's, this local division of a global Tier-1 parts producer is looking to add a Manufacturing Process Engineer to their team. This position will support an established Engineering group with New Program Launches. Featuring a highly collaborative culture and structure, this environment offers plenty of opportunities to make an impact. Working closely with suppliers, the Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing equipment and tooling specifications, preparing quote packages and make sourcing recommendations. An Engineering Degree and at least five years of Manufacturing Engineering experiences in high volume parts production will be required to satisfy the complexities of this role. Prior involvement in plant layout, fixture design, and automated cell design will be highly valued. Expertise with Injection Molding and Thermoforming processes as well as Automated Assembly will highlight candidacy.
