In support of dramatic business growth and physical plant expansion, it has created the new role of Supervisor, Process Support - Printed Circuit Board Assembly.

Leading a small team of Technicians, the Supervisor will ensure that Work Instructions and SOPs are being followed, gather & monitor key Quality & Efficiency reports, and engage with Production personnel on projects to improve Throughput, Quality, and Cost. To be effective in this new role, the Supervisor will spend the majority of their time on the shop floor, communicating with Operators, Production Leadership, and Process Engineering to optimize Printed Circuit Board Assembly.

Our ideal candidate brings solid shop floor awareness about PCBA including SMT and a focus on maximizing processes to achieve production scheduling demands. Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal, will be critical tools for success in this role since liaison with other departments and multiple layers of employees is required to be successful. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory to candidacy.
