Description Deeply rooted in its SW Ontario community, this designer and manufacturer of safety-critical auto parts requires an additional Production Supervisor for its team. In support of plant expansion to absorb new programs, this position will require a rotation of 2 weeks on Day Shift followed by 1 week on each of Midnight and Afternoon Shifts.

We are searching for a stable, experienced Production Supervisor who knows how to carry themselves in a communicative, "servant leadership" manner that earns respect up and down the chain of command. Any experiences with auto parts manufacturing terminologies and metal working techniques such as machining, heat treating, painting, and mechanical assembly will enhance candidacy.
