Description This proudly Canadian manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their growing team. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will offer guidance to employees and management on the interpretation of policies, compensation, benefit and disability programs, and collective agreements. This role will have the opportunity to develop programs and lead employee engagement, wellness, and continuous improvement projects.

Reporting into the Human Resources Director, the Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with the established HR team and will support multiple functions, from recruitment and on-boarding, to payroll and investigations. Prior experience with multi-site or multi-Provincial operations will be valued, as will familiarity with Canadian employment legislation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships at all levels in unionized and union-free environments.
