Description Our client, a globally respected component and accessories manufacturer in the agriculture supply field, has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager, who can lead a small team, but also the labor relations of a seasoned and successful unionized workforce. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department including coordinating all aspects of the employment process while being a contributing member of the Plant Leadership Team. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a related discipline and a minimum of ten years' experience in a unionized industrial establishment. Essential to this role is excellent communication, people management, and decision-making management skills to support the plant teams in an engagement atmosphere, but also deliver Change Leadership for improved productivity and engagement.
