Description Established 40 years ago, this auto parts manufacturing plant has been awarded new programs that will augment current production volumes. To support program launches and ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives, it will add the talents of an Intermediate Manufacturing-Process Engineering Technologist / Engineer to its team.

This role will be wide ranging supporting new Program Launch Teams with process development, tooling & equipment sourcing, and installation & commissioning; supporting Continuous Improvement/Lean initiatives; and supporting Production bottleneck and/or Quality issue RCA and solutions.

Our ideal candidate brings us Engineering Technology credentials and 2-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experiences in high volume, high speed auto parts production where detail focus, decisiveness, and sense of urgency have been developed and honed. Any exposure to CNC Machining technologies will enhance candidacy.
