Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this OEM designer and manufacturer of high-end HVAC and Filtration systems in support of their efforts in adding the talents of a Product Engineering Manager. As an innovative leader of Product Engineering and Development, you'll be steeped driving product innovation and leading full cycle R&D projects, from concept to Product Launch. You'll lead the small team developing and re-engineering a variety of electro-mechanical product offerings. You'll continually support the organizations long-standing competitive advantage while focusing on the further development of innovative product offerings.

Our ideal candidate brings experiences leading Product Development activities within organizations developing goods taken to market within the Commercial and Residential heat transfer industry. We're searching for a collegial leader who offers a strong understanding of incorporating design for manufacturability into product development and a history of supporting production throughout the products life cycle. Candidates must possess an Engineering Degree (Mechanical preferred), along with a P.Eng. license.
