Description This global Automotive Parts manufacturer with a significant Ontario presence seeks to add the talents of a strong Human Resources Generalist to the team. Our Client desires a "go to person" within the organization, to support the Human Resource activities of this long-standing, continually successful facility that is undergoing significant transformation and growth potential. This opportunity presents exciting challenges and significant long-term growth in responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate will have true Generalist skills, cultivated through strong experience within large, high-pace, high-volume Manufacturing environments. The incumbent will have experience with recruiting/interviewing, claims management, payroll, time/attendance, training, and corporate reporting. Our candidate possesses the confidence for strong decision-making and solid interpersonal skills to address any employee relations matters, including going out to the shop floor to engage directly with individuals. To be effective in this role is to have the strength to perform responsibilities in the role that many would equate to an HR Manager.
