Description For almost 70 years this Canadian food processor has put brand name and private label products in refrigerators across Canada. Its success has been supported by acquisitions to add products and production capacity to its current dozen production sites. For one of its SW Ontario sites, it requires the talents of an experienced Human Resources Generalist who can independently support a union-free workforce of just under 100 employees. The HRBP will support the Plant Manager in all matters relating to staffing, employee relations, group benefits & payroll administration, wellness and, indirectly, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The HRBP will tailor corporate policies and procedures to fit the plant's needs, calling on head office resources when required.

Our ideal candidate brings us 2-5 years of broad Human Resources experiences in manufacturing industries, enough to be independent and provide sound counsel to the Plant Manager. It is essential that the HRBP be an open communicator, active and visible to all employees demonstrate a servant leadership style and make sound decisions based on analysis.
