Description Our client, a globally respected component and accessories manufacturer in the agriculture supply field, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary liaison between the external and internal customers and the manufacturing operation. This position will be responsible for following and ensuring that others do the same regarding the documented order process. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a Business or Marketing related discipline and have a minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Essential to this role is excellent communication, knowledge of ERP systems, strong skills in math, and a base knowledge of contract law. If you enjoy taking ownership of the connection between the plant and its customers, exhibit commitment to results, and be able to generate solutions to simple and complex problems, then this position is for you.
