Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this expanding and industry leading organization in their search for the talents of an IT Manger. As the leader of the IT and Business Systems for this small to mid sized Designer and Manufacturer of both proprietary and catalogued products, you'll be responsible for the Infrastructure, Website Interface, and Business Operating Systems across several small facilities. This small and collaborative leadership team will require you to support the business with an open, communicative, and cooperative style as they navigate strategic growth

Our ideal candidate is an experienced IT Professional who has held full responsibility for an organization's Technology needs and strategic development. You'll approach the leadership roll from a sleeves rolled up standpoint, willing to jump in and support as needed. You'll offer modern ERP experience, particularly pertaining to the onboarding of acquired businesses and driving standardization across the business.
