Description This small manufacturer of premium engineered technology, is adding the talents of a General Manager. With products channeled to market through a network of Dealers and the end users, the responsibility of the General Manager will be to manage the company operations, engage with employees, and be the 'voice of the product' to continue to develop relationships with both the Dealer Network and Point of Use Customers. This organization is looking to expand their network through a market that is ripe, but untapped.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in developing operational systems and is able to draft business strategies with the owners to create the necessary network, as well as work well with the small group of existing staff. The candidate will need to be particularly adept at supporting and developing local staff, for the purpose of future expanded responsibility, all with an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, due to the business size, other duties may be required such as warehouse organization, HR, scheduling, manufacturing, and purchasing duties as assigned.
