Description Established since 1996, this custom products producer has developed a reputation for solving complex customer problems. It develops unique chemical/polymer formulae for specific industrial, automotive and electrical industry applications. It's success is determined by a small, highly interactive local management team which is supported by a solid ownership Corporation in Europe known as a technology industry leader.

In support of divisional growth, the company will implement fully integrated ERP software in use in Europe. Required locally is an experienced Business Systems Analyst who, reporting to the CEO, can perform a systems audit, identify and analyse gaps and build and navigate a road map for systems transition. The in-house management team exhibits medium to long seniority and can provide deep knowledge of systems currently in place. This role will require significant travel at times to HQ in Austria to learn from its systems implementation experiences and then also to a division in Italy which falls under the umbrella of this local company.

Our ideal candidate is a Business Systems professional who has prepared for and experienced ERP software implementation from gap analysis and procedural modification & updating. We require candidates who have developed and honed their knowledge & skill in mid-sized manufacturing industries where they've touched the full range of ERP applications working with all Department Managers across the Org Chart. Outstanding business sense and communications skills are hiring prerequisites. Fluency in German or Italian will definitely enhance candidacy.
