Description Our client, a Canadian-owned, profitable and growing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on night shift. This highly specialized and fully automated production process requires a machinery savvy Leader whose Millwright/Electrician Ticket or Engineering Diploma allows them to offer immediate assistance on troubleshooting equipment, managing this highly technical ticketed staff, as well as working directly when needed. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and leadership abilities as well as strong experience within a process-driven manufacturing environment who is comfortable on night shift and training staff on proper technical procedures. Also important in this role is the ability to assist the plant level maintenance teams with parts ordering, PM scheduling, and job preparation and execution.
