Description We've partnered with a growing Canadian corporation to add a key member to its Headquarters IS Team.

Responsible for company-wide data integrity, this role supports business applications by managing data entry and extraction, as well as investigating and resolving discrepancies. This position is tasked with identifying concerns early and resolving them either independently, or with internal stakeholders as required. A strong sense of business awareness and insight into how data impacts various functions will be essential to long-term development as a member of this team. This position will be expected to comprehend and work with large data sets, and to communicate well across all levels of the organization. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions will do well in this environment. As a critical contributor within a larger support structure, there is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor as the ‘go-to’ person for key stakeholders across the business.

Prior experience supporting MS Dynamics or a cloud-based ERP system is a necessity. Exceptional MS Excel skills are required; familiarity with macros or VBA will highlight candidacy. Knowledge of ticketing procedures, and discernment when prioritizing escalations will be valued. A high degree of attention to detail will ensure success in this role, as will an analytical approach to problem solving.
