Description Our Client, a growing and successful designer and manufacturer of custom, engineered to order capital process equipment and fabrications is adding the talents of a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This position supports the organization by possessing the ability to be the manufacturing main point of contact, with substantial allotment of time on the shop floor, in a highly skilled workplace. To be successful, the ideal candidate will have to be proficient in developing SOP's by partnering with key stakeholders, leading standards adherence, culturing an accountability structure, and good common practice based on positive and honest dialogue. Also essential to this role is talent acquisition, compensation expertise, and employee relations skills. An applicable University Degree or College Diploma is a requirement and candidates with a completed designation or currently in process, will be given top consideration.
