Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this manufacturer of highly precision machined and assembled components in their search for a Lathe Specialist. Due to increased business, and their entrance into the Medical Device Industry, our client is adding a new 10 Axis Swiss Turning machine to their already diverse capabilities. As the Lathe Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to be the one to program, set-up, and run the complex components that this machining center will be producing. Your role will build the machine's program from the customers engineering drawings, set-up the machine, and then support and drive improvements during the machining process.

Our ideal candidate brings hands-on Lathe Programming and Set-up experience along with a deep understanding of Tooling, Materials, and general machining processes. You'll display the desire to learn and grow with an organization, be a self starter who works well independently, and be able to think "outside the box" when resolving problems.
