Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this long standing Developer and Manufacturer of highly regarded Consumer Products in their search for a Research and Development Manager. As a leading edge developer of products geared predominantly to the construction and renovation markets, the R&D Manager will lead the mid-sized team of Chemists in the continual development of new products. While partnering with the Sales and Marketing group, global raw material suppliers, and internal Operations teams, the R&D Manager will ensure the compliance of all formulations of products, both in Development as well as in Production.

As the ideal candidate, you'll have held full scope Product Development responsibilities within organizations developing Paint, Coatings, or other similar products for Commercial and Industrial applications. You will have been responsible for the daily Lab activities and the continued leadership of its personnel. You'll have an Advanced Degree in either Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and a collaborative leadership style that has been proven to foster and develop talent throughout your teams.
