Description Our client, an internationally respected, established, profitable, and forward-thinking manufacturing organization in southwestern Ontario has an immediate requirement for a motivated and conscientious CNC / Automation Systems Maintenance Supervisor. Your baseline credentials will include a post-secondary degree/diploma equivalent, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a CNC/automation manufacturing environment, where programming is key. Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be an absolute requirement for serious consideration in this programming and training role, assisting in the increased understanding of maintenance and production personnel. Leading the experienced team of millwrights in a hands-on way will be an essential element. Experience with various materials, machines, and controllers will be integral.
