The Vice President of Marketing will add the talents of an experienced Product Manager to his team to manage a family of products from R&D development throughout entire life cycles. Partnering with Sales Teams, the Product Manager will serve as the "Voice of the Customer", understanding customer application requirements and communicating them to R&D and Product Engineering. The Product Manager will immerse her/himself in markets, maintaining a pipeline of information identifying industry patterns and competitor analysis. Significant focus will be placed on establishing initial and ongoing pricing and defining & analysing margin performance.

Our ideal candidate brings a mix of technical, Electrical Engineering knowledge combined with Business & Marketing experiences and credentials. We're searching for candidates with 4-5 years of experiences in the Electrical Products industry, preferably in Product Management and Applications Engineering roles. Outstanding communications skills are key hiring criteria as success in this role is heavily dependent on building effective relationships with Sales & Engineering teams and direct exposure to Customers and their field applications.
