Description Our client, a globally respected component and accessories manufacturer in the agriculture supply field, has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager who can lead the daily production processes as well as the team of experienced supervisor and shop employees. This position will be responsible for Production, Tool Room, and Utilities (raw material inputs), while a contributing member of the Plant Leadership Team. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a related discipline and a minimum of eight years' experience in a unionized industrial establishment. Essential to this role is excellent communication, people management, and decision-making management skills to support the plant teams in an engagement atmosphere, but also deliver Change Leadership for improved productivity and engagement. If you are an 'architect' of relationship building, delivering an engaging personality to the floor, and inspirational in your thoughts and actions, then this position is for you.
