Description The local division of a global automotive manufacturer is looking to add the talents of a proven HR Manager to support their team during a period of sustained growth. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who has cultivated a well-rounded Human Resources skillset. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department across two facilities; thus, solid People Leadership and Coaching strengths will be highly valued. This union-free organization boasts an open culture, so championing effective communication and collaboration across all departments will be key to success in this role. Prior experiences supporting robust HR programs such as Training & Development, Performance Management, and Recruitment & Retention will enable the HR Manager to continue driving organizational growth. A CHRP/CHRL designation and relevant post-secondary education will be considered an asset.
