Description Our client, a growing Tier-1 automotive parts manufacturer in Southwestern Ontario, is looking to add the talents of a seasoned Paint Department Leader due to increased production volumes and plant expansion. A strong track record of hands-on leadership inside fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or painting environments is essential. Our ideal candidate will have overseen high-volume Robotic Paint Operations, providing guidance on process set-ups and troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for meeting timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced, union-free facility, while ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed. A thorough understanding of TPS and Lean Manufacturing tools will be valued by this organization.
