Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this European OEM Manufacturer of hydraulic attachments sold into the Forestry industry and we are currently searching for a General Manager to lead their North American Sales and Distribution organization. While leading the small team of Technical/Sales support, Administration, Shipping/Receiving, and Assembly personnel, your main focus will be to continually drive the sales activity within the North American market.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Sales and Business leader with extensive knowledge within the Forestry or Construction equipment industry. You'll bring a strong track record of driving strategic commercial initiatives through robust KPI and business analytics. You'll have a strong affinity to forge lasting business relationships, have a strong business acumen, be highly organized, and will naturally think outside the box.

Once travel opens up, this role will be responsible to spend portions of time in front of customers throughout Canada and the North Eastern US.
